We praise You for the power of God appointed leadership to bring about
Your Kingdom purpose for our nation, and we decree this nation will be led,
throughout this Brexit season, by those appointed by You for this task.
We thank you for the ministers, politicians, and civil servants willing
to serve the nation and we come into agreement with Your word in Proverbs 8:1 “can’t
you hear the voice of wisdom? From the top of the mountains of influence she
speaks into the gateways of the glorious cities” We decree and declare Your
wisdom will be heard in every negotiation, committee, subcommittee and every
informal discussion taking place in these weeks.
In the Name of Jesus, as negotiations over the passage of the Repeal
Bill at home and the wider negotiations of Brexit abroad begin in earnest, we
pray for Theresa May, David Davis, Liam Fox and Phillip Hammond. We speak Your
mantle of wisdom, authority and stature upon them, that Your will and Your
purpose will be fulfilled in all decisions and negotiations in the days ahead.
We declare Your wisdom will both guide them and keep them from every
strategy of the enemy and that Your favour will surround them.
According to Your word in Proverbs 22:29 (Passion Translation) “If
you are uniquely gifted in your work, you will rise and be promoted” we
decree and declare, select committees, sub- committees, ministerial and civil
service posts, will be filled on time, by those skilled, gifted and on whom
Your favour rests.
We speak blessing to families, rest and recuperation to those
holidaying, that even as they take time out, Your thoughts and Your ways will
surround their minds.
