Prayer for Protection

We thank You that You are Y@hovah Magen our Shield and protector, you are the secure shelter for all the people of the UK and US.  We trust you to not let us down!

Your justice is our breakthrough. Bend low to our cry and save us from all terrorists planning to attack us.

You’re the only place of protection for us. We keep coming back to hide ourselves in you, for you are like a mountain-cliff-fortress where we are kept safe. 

Help us to escape from these cruel and wicked terrorists and save us from the evil hands of the evil one. Release Your Holy Angels of protection wherever people gather – shopping malls, airports, stations, planes, buses, trains, cinemas and all other places.

For You are our only hope, Lord! we’ve hung onto You, trusting in you all our life. It was You who supported us from the day we were born, loving us, helping us through our life’s journey. You’ve made each one into a miracle; no wonder we trust You and praise You forever! Many marvel at our success, but we know it is all because of You, our mighty Protector! 

We are overflowing with Your praise for all You’ve done, and your splendour thrills us all day long. [Ps. 71:1-8 Passion Translation]

For all our enemies whisper behind our backs. Reveal to the security services in the UK and US all those who are planning attacks against  us. Guide the security services with Your Spirit of Wisdom and discernment  so they can arrest the terrorists and all who are planning attacks and help all of us to be on the alert. [Ps. 71:10-11 Passion Translation]

Loving heavenly Father as Your word promises us do not allow any weapon that is formed against any one of us in the UK or the US to prosper.[Is. 54:17a]

Please Stay close to us Father God! Do not watch from a distance! Hurry to help us and foil every plan of the enemy to hurt, kill and destroy.

No matter what, we’ll trust in You to help us. Nothing will stop us from praising You to magnify your glory!  In the Name of Jesus we pray. Amen [Ps. 71:12,14]
