MELECH KAMELECH King of Kings
“Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, to
whom belong wisdom and might...! He removes kings and sets up kings; He gives
wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.”Dan 2.20-21
We proclaim that God’s plan and purpose is good for
us. We give thanks for those Christian believers at the heart of government who
give Godly counsel. We pray ‘Lord, lead us’ according to your ways and give
wisdom to all those in positions of authority.
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom
and might and honour and glory and blessing!... for by your blood you ransomed
people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation!” Rev 5.12,9
We proclaim the oneness of the people of God
throughout the nations. We give thanks for the rich and shared Christian
heritage of the UK and Europe, founded on the love of God and our neighbour. We
pray ‘Deliver us’ from hostile and secular influences, and we pray for the love
of God to overrule the fear of the stranger. [The Maranatha Community]
We roclaim
that we sit enthroned under the shadow of Shaddai, we are hidden in the
strength of God Most High. He’s the hope that holds us, and the Stronghold to
shelter us, the only God for us, and our great Confidence. He will rescue us
from every hidden trap of the enemy, and He will protect us from false
accusations and any deadly curses.
Psalm 91:1-3 [Passion]
We proclaim that His massive arms
are wrapped around us, to protect us. You can run under His covering of
majesty and hide. His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping us from all
harm. We will never worry about an attack of demonic forces at night nor have
to fear spirits of darkness coming against us. We don’t fear a thing! Whether
by night or by day, demonic danger will not trouble us, nor will the powers of
evil launched against us. For God will keep us safe and secure; they won’t lay
a hand on us! Psalm 91:4-6 [Passion]
We proclaim that even in a time of
disaster with thousands and thousands being killed, We will remain unscathed
and unharmed! You will be a spectator as the wicked perish in judgment, for
they will be paid back for what they have done!
When we live our lives within the shadow of the God Most High, our
secret Hiding Place, we will always be shielded from harm! How then could evil
prevail against us, or disease infect us? God sends angels with special orders
to protect us wherever we go, defending us from all harm.. Amen Psalm 91:7-11 [Passion]
