Father, we ask that You will pour out Your Holy Spirit upon Theresa May
and anoint her to keep the promises to the poor; Send her to heal the broken-hearted, and proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed; Make Your perfect will to become established in all of these areas Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord Amen

Luke 4:18
Glorious Father, we thank you for our MPs’ in Parliament, and we bless
them. We ask You to give them the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that they
may know You better. Enlighten the eyes of the MPs’ hearts, so that they may
know the hope to which You have called them, the riches of Your glorious
inheritance in the saints, and Your incomparably great power for them because
they believe, the power of the resurrection and the ascension which seated
Jesus at Your right hand where He is above all rule and authority, and power
and dominion in this world, and all things are under His feet. Fill the MP’s with all the fullness of Jesus
in every way today. Ephesians 1:17-23
We call You Father, and we pray that from Your glorious riches You will
strengthen our MPs with power through Your Spirit in their inner being, that
Christ may dwell in the MPs hearts through faith, that they will be rooted and
established in love, that they may have power, with all the saints, to grasp
how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, that they will know
this love that surpasses knowledge, that they will be filled to the measure of
all the fullness of God. We give You all the glory, for You are able to do
immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is
working within us. Ephesians 3:15-20
Give them
the grace to always remember that they are representing their constituents and
that they are the reason for MPs having a seat in Parliament. We pray in the
Name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Amen
