‘Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of Your Kingdom’ Psalm 45:6-7
Lord,
we praise You again for the Christian heritage within our nation, and
specifically we come into agreement with the words of the Queen’s speech
– ‘My Lords and Members of the House of Commons, I pray that the blessing of Almighty God will rest upon your counsels’. We thank You for every shift, change and breakthrough, in line with Your Spirit which has been released in our land.
We
stand as the Ecclesia and as a new Parliament begins and the Queens
Speech given, we decree and declare God’s wisdom, truth, and justice
will shape every policy in the days ahead. We thank Him for all those He
has positioned for this time, irrespective of party allegiance, and we
speak His strength, His wisdom and His mantle of authority upon them,
that His Voice will be heard, clearly sounding above every other voice.
We decree honour, righteousness & integrity, will increase and a
new level of Godly statesmanship arise, transforming personal and
political agendas, that men and women across all parties will work for
the common good, uniting behind God given vision and priorities.
Proverbs 24:3-6
We
decree and declare a turning, that Kingdom values will be established
over all other values, aligning and positioning this nation for God’s
blessing in the days ahead.
